Some Screenprints
One of the Exquisite Corpse by Jake and Dinos Chapman which is currently exhibited in the Tate, London. I think that it shows creativity in the way that it the different styles of illustration comes together to create one final composition. Also each section has no relevance to the last.
We came up with a theme for our illustrations of animals as public figures for a flash final interactive piece. Here are the two images i created of Margaret Thatcher as a magpie and Adolf Hitler as an ostrich.
After using Jake Chapman and Dinos Chapman’s ‘Exquisite Corpse’ 2000 as inspiration, we made a book from our own and other peoples illustrations in which you can change the head, torso and legs. I think that the different styles people have created look aesthetically pleasing because you can see a variation of compositions put together.
